CNC Processing Flow
1. Design drawings first and then program.

3. Set up the machine tool, install materials and clamping tools, check before processing, check the program, verify the CNC program, calibrate the machine tool, and ensure that it is correct before processing.
4. Start the CNC machine tool and automatically perform cutting, drilling, milling and other operations according to the program.
5. Monitor the processing process in real time, observe tool wear and processing quality, and ensure smooth processing.
6. The machined parts are deburred to remove uneven edges.
7. Clean the surface of the part to remove residue and chips generated during the machining process.
